All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During festivals, promotional events, or high order volumes, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines are:

Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days
Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 Business Days
Remote Locations: 5–10 Business Days

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

We may offer Free Shipping on selected products, promotional offers, or minimum order values.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp/SMS (where applicable) containing your tracking details.

You can use the tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make delivery attempts as per their standard policy.

If the delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the shipment may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and other details are accurate while placing your order.

Pankh Organics will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with:

Do not accept the package if it is visibly damaged.
If accepted, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Share your order number along with clear photographs of the product and packaging.

We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
