Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

A return request will only be accepted if:

You received a damaged product.
You received the wrong product.
The product is defective upon delivery.
The package was damaged during transit.

Any return request must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Exchange Policy

We will replace your product free of charge if:

You received an incorrect item.
The product arrived damaged.
The product has a manufacturing defect.

Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Opened or used products
Products without original packaging
Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
Orders returned without prior approval
Products purchased during clearance or special promotional sales (unless damaged or defective)

Refund Policy

Once your return request is approved and the returned product is received (if applicable), refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges, Cash on Delivery (COD) charges, and other service fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Pankh Organics.
